The permissions need to be changed on a few folders.

Give full permissions to e/Forms installation folder.

1. Go to Start
2. Select Computer
3. Navigate to the Program Files folder. C:\Program Files.
4. Highlight the folder name.

Normally that location would be C:\Program Files\ScanTech eForms Online 
or C:\Program Files\ScanTech FreeForms Online. 
If you have a customized version of e/Forms highlight that folder.

5. Right click once the folder has been selected
6. Select Properties
7. Click on the Security tab
8. Click on the Edit button
9. Under group and user names give all users Full Control

Permissions also need to be changed on a folder within the installation path of Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader.

For Acrobat 8.1 Follow the same procedure on the Javascripts subfolder.
Follow steps 1 and 2 from above.

If you are using Acrobat Reader navigate to this folder
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Reader 8.0\Reader\Javascripts

For Acrobat Standard or Professional this is the folder to navigate to.
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe 8.0\Acrobat\Javascripts

Follow the step 5 - 9 for the applicable folder.
