Cannot run .msi Setup file on Windows 95/98/ME.

A program needs to be downloaded and installed before you can continue with the installation of eForms.

Click here to go to the Microsoft site to download the files required.

Press the download button.
Select save to disk, and note where you are saving it to.
After the download is complete run the setup program that was just downloaded. The name of the file is instmsia.exe.

After this has finished installing you will be able to run the eForms setup program.
